BIO-TWO

Clean Enzymatic detergent is a mild, near-neutral pH cleaner.
It combines the power of multi-enzymatic cleaning technology with the advantage of machine spray washing, formulated to remove protein matter from instruments and medical devices.
In addition, for usage with automated washers, it is suitable for use in sinks and ultrasonic baths.

INSTRUTIONS OF USE

Dilution 3–8 ml per liter of water (adjust based on soil level).
Method Suitable for:

    | Process | 1. Pre-rinse instruments to remove gross debris.

  1. Immerse in BIO-TWO solution for 5–10 minutes.

  2. Remove instruments → rinse thoroughly with water. |
    | Critical Note | Never mix with other chemicals (risk of hazardous reactions or reduced efficacy).

COMPOSITION

  • Enzymes: Protease (breaks down proteins), Lipase (breaks down fats), Amylase (breaks down starches).

  • Surfactants: Lift and disperse organic residues.

  • Sequestrants: Bind hard water minerals (e.g., calcium, magnesium) to prevent scaling.

  • Corrosion Inhibitors: Protect instruments (including delicate endoscopes) from damage.

  • pH: Near-neutral (7.9 concentrated; 7.7 diluted at 5ml/L water).

PRECAUTIONS OF USE

Risk Precaution
Skin/Eye Contact Wear nitrile/butyl rubber gloves + splash goggles. If contact occurs: rinse 15+ mins with water.
Inhalation Use in well-ventilated areas; avoid mist formation.
Storage ✔️ Upright in original container.
✔️ Store at 5–45°C (avoid freezing/overheating).
❌ Keep away from acids/oxidizers.
Chemical Mixing NEVER combine with bleach, acids, or other cleaners (hazardous gases may form).
Spills Contain with inert absorbent (e.g., sand); rinse area with water.
Disposal Follow local regulations. Do not pour into drains undiluted.
