INSTRUTIONS OF USE

Disinfectant by Spray Surface
• Applied by spraying to completely
cover the surface.
• It is recommended to wait until the bacterial activity is
degraded.
• High-level disinfection can be achieved with contact
times of 12 to 30 minutes.
Disinfectant by Fogging:

Measure the size of Room to be
fumigated.
• The fogging machine is mounted the floor in one of the
room Corners.
• The flow rate is kept , varying it depends on the room
size and mist required.
• Ensure that a proper mist is created in the area so that
the active ingredient of Hydro 6% is suspended in
the atmosphere, thereby giving complete aerial
Disinfection.
• After aerial fumigation the room is to be closed
(sealed pack).

AREAS OF APPLICATION

Hydro 6% is used as disinfactant in :
• OR, ICU, ICCU, and other critical areas.
• Good for AC/HVAC ducts disinfection.
• Used in Kidney Dialysis Unit Sterilization.
• Bed pans, catheters and other equipment sanitization.
• Contaminated syringes, dips, bedding before disposal.
• Bio-medical and semi-solid waste sanitization.
• Hydro 6% is used in the disinfection all departments
of hospital and health facilities.

COMPOSITION

  1. Hydrogen Peroxide (H₂O₂) – 6% concentration

    • Main disinfectant agent, effective against bacteria, viruses, and fungi.

  2. Organic Sailver Colloid Ions (Silver Nitrate)

    • Prevents bacterial resistance and boosts antimicrobial action.

  3. Surfactant with Organic Anti-Corrosive Material

    • Enhances surface contact and protects metal surfaces.

PRECAUTIONS OF USE

  1. Personal Safety

    • In its diluted form, the product is non-irritating to eyes, skin, and mucous membranes.

    • It is non-toxic and non-carcinogenic, with no mutagenic effects.

    • No danger of poisoning even in case of overdosing.

  2. Application Guidelines

    • Do not mix with other chemicals; product does not chemically react with other substances.

    • Ensure all vents are closed, and “Do Not Enter” signs are placed during fogging.

    • Cover or remove single-use items and clean reusable equipment before disinfection.

  3. Ventilation Systems

    • Switch off ventilation systems and smoke detectors before fogging.

    • Reprogram fogging device properly and allow full cycle time (typically 40 minutes).

  4. Post-Use Safety

    • No rinsing or neutralization is needed after application.

    • No harmful residues are left behind.

    • Product is 100% biodegradable and eco-friendly.

  5. Storage and Handling

    • Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

    • Use safety measures like gloves and eye protection during concentrated handling (before dilution).

    • Keep the container sealed and upright.
